Your compensation can be commissioned base, salary or a combination of both the more important thing is that it is developed with the bottom line in mind and that all bonuses or rewards should be given out only after breakeven has been attained. The system must address employee benefits such as vacation, health insurance and retirement planning – We are convinced that compensation packages must promote a win/win atmosphere. It should reward staff on a team as well as an individual basis and there must be an evaluation piece that allows both management and employees to know where they stand at all times. We believe in the old adage “What gets rewarded gets repeated”.
